You do not say how long ago you filed, or if you have checked to see if the return was accepted.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?

https://www.irs.gov/refunds           Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”

If you efiled your tax returns, you should first confirm that they were transmitted by TurboTax and accepted or rejected. Use this link to confirm this: https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If the federal return was accepted, what does the IRS tracking web site say about the status of your refund? https://www.irs.gov/refunds

You can use this link to find where to check the status of your state refund: http://turbotax.intuit.com/support/kb/state-taxes/state-issues/1274.html

If you chose to print and mail your returns, you must actually print, sign and mail them yourself. TurboTax does not mail them for you.
