Question

I have not received my visa card in the mail yet. I received an email saying my refund had been deposited but I have no card.

Normally it should have arrived in 7-10 business days.   You can phone the Card's customer support to report it was never received.

(888) 285-4169

Listen to all the menu options before entering anything..

It will ask for your card number (which you won't have), so it will mention SSN (don't enter it).  Instead, keep listening, and it will say "To report a card lost, stolen, or never received press 1".    Then for "never received" press 2.
