I have not yet started my federal or state taxes for 2023. Is there a way I can access TurboTax to do those taxes?

I did file for extension but since I will be getting a refund, I was not too concerned about being late. I have a W-2 as well as self-employed figures to enter

To file a new prior-year return for tax year 2023,  you'll need to purchase and download 2023 TurboTax software for PC or Mac, as TurboTax Online and the mobile app are only available for the current tax year.

Thanks! I found and have downloaded both 2023 and 2024 TurboTax. Can these be downloaded to iPad or laptop? If I need to download again because problems with first attempt, where can I go to access them? Will they be in my account?

You cannot use an iPad for the desktop software.  You need a full PC or Mac.   You cannot use the download on any kind of mobile device or Chromebook.
