I have received my federal but not my state yet has there been a mistake

i have received my federal return but not my state return is that normal

This is normal. Some states start processing e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while others don't start processing until sometime later. There are also some states that are taking their time to process returns due to tax fraud and other issues. You can track the status of your state return by following the directions in the following TurboTax FAQ.
