Question

I have sent a mail to the IRS and it has been a month and I haven't got any response and I have a deadline for the mail to reach them, which is not far from now.

The deadline is soon and I have sent the mail and haven't heard anything. I don't want the deadline to come and it jeopardizes my return process.
