I have some old .tax files that were not saved as .pdf files, is there a way to convert or open them, approx 2000 and 2001, thank you

Turbo Tax does not have any official way to convert these within our system. Please read the article here on this information.

You may be able to find a third party to convert the file.

You could try the TaxPrinter service (not connected with Turbo Tax) to convert a .tax file to pdf at

http://www.taxprinter.com

it might be expensive.

OR get a copy from the IRS -
