I have to add a W2 to finished taxes, do I need to remove the other income thats already been filed?

The others have been approved and I got refund already

DoninGA is correct. If you received another W-2 and it changes your refund or amount, you'll probably need to amend your income tax return. You also mentioned that your return was processed by the IRS since you got your refund.
