Question

I have TurboTax H&B for '16&'17. I want to file an amended return for both fed&WV. My computer is NOT online. How do "In [my] program, search for amend"?

For amending both ears step 4 is:
"In your program, search for amend, and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results." I cannot find how to search.

Or You can amend by going to
Federal or Personal (H&B)
Other Tax Situations
Other Tax Forms
Amend a return - Start

You might first need to update the filing status of your original return, In the Desktop program open your return and go up to menu item
File > Electronic Filing > Check Electronic Filing Status

Then save your return.
