I have yet to receive my 2019 refund. I got an email that they were approved but now that I check the IRS site, they don’t have my information. What should I do?

The IRS is behind on processing refunds because of the Covid crisis, so it may be that your refund has been processed but you just have not received it yet. The automated IRS website may not have been updated properly, so you can't rely on that.

You can wait longer to see if you receive the refund, or call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to request instructions on how to proceed.
