I haven't get any e-mail about my taxes would like to know what is going on and if it has been accepted

Check your e-file status to confirm you successfully e-filed your tax return:  How do I check my e-file status? - Community

 

If your return was filed and shows accepted, you can track your refund status on the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

 

If you don't see a status, go through the TurboTax File section again. Be sure to go all the way to the end and select Transmit my returns now.
