Your post is not clear. The stimulus checks were issued for 2020 and 2021. There have been no other federal stimulus checks since 2021, so not sure what checks you are talking about. Are you saying you filed tax returns for 2022 or 2023 and did not get your refunds? What is the issue? What "money back" are you asking about?
