Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

There can be a number of reasons why you have not received your refund from CA. Once Turbo Tax sends the returns, unfortunately, the IRS and/or your state do not update us as to what is going on. The best thing to do is to call the CA department of revenue and speak to a tax representative there and see if they can tell you what is going on.
