You should have your NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card 7-10 business days after you ordered the card (Saturdays and Sundays don't count as business days).

If your card seems unusually delayed, please call the toll-free NetSpend Customer Service Line 1-855-646-8848.

The Customer service number is rigged it asks for your social security number then after a few things it just states you entered an invalid card number. if i never got a card how can i have a card number? tried it 3 times each time it just loops back to the same thing. AND i cant login to their site because i don't have a card....

How do i contact an actual rep and not an automated system? I'm going on 3 weeks and still haven't received a card, money has been deposited.

Did anyone ever recieve there care? It’s been 10 month since IRS showed my federal approved and I never got my card in the mail. Automated system is horrible. It ask for the last 4 digits of my card number but I have no clue what that is because they never sent the card. You have to have a registered account and to have that you have to have your card number. Worse experience ever and I suggest no one use TurboTax

This happened to me 2 years ago when I picked The turbo card. I received a email stating to set up my account so I was able to see my money was there so I emended you doing a wire transfer and was able to get my money that way. I didn’t want my funds sitting there and the next thing I know it is gone the bad thing is in order to get the advance we have to use the turbo card option smh! I called them to order my old card and they stated I needed to update my address that was almost 2 weeks ago still didn’t get the card.
