I haven’t received my prepaid TurboTax card that my refund is supposed to come on

When will i receive it? It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve called every number but don’t have a card number to talk to anyone

 The Turbo Prepaid Visa Card is usually delivered 5-10 business days after ordering it. If the 5-10 business days have passed already, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call  toll-free at (888) 285-4169

This number is a lie! I have not spoken with a love person in over 2 weeks and still no card!! This will be my last year using turbotax!!

Are there any real **bleep**ing answers around here ? Y’all are Just giving the run around and no one can get ahold of anybody about the card that they never received

Please click here for the customer care contact number. Call the number then follow these steps (I have called the system to create these steps for you) :

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card."
  6. Next, the system will prompt you to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthdate. 

 

After this point, the system says they do not recognize my entry because I did not order a card, so I am only assuming that if you ordered a card, they should either give you an option to get a new one sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

They give you no option . They ask for the last 4 digits of the card number (that you do not know because you never received the card) them the automated message basically says it can’t help you because you do not have the full information then hangs up on you .

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

I can't get to the fraud option.. And so I mived my money to my vault just because I'm afraid someone else is going to be able to use it

Have you received your card yet and has it been longer than 10 business days since your return was approved?

I have money on my card and no access to it it has not been sent every time I call and get to where it will connect me to a person it just hangs up I have kids and bills I need my money

So i file a complaint with bbb and by the time i woke up the next morning i had an email from them saying that a request for a response was sent to green dot corp. I also had found the green dot corp number an extension number and i finally talked to a live person, they fed ex'd my card and im supposed to get it up to 3 biz days i call back tomorrow for the fed x tracking number. 8×6×66524×611 ext 3890 i was on hold for an hour

@Natasha42  Per the Turbo Visa Debit Card site: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry.  You can request a replacement card or request a check by either logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen. Your card will be delivered in 8-10 days and your check will be delivered in 14-21 business days.  Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.
