I haven’t received my turbo tax card yet. It’s been two weeks. My money has been loaded. What should I do?

If you have not received your Turbo Prepaid Visa, please click here to contact customer service. 

 

For the fastest way to speak to a live representative, please select the option that your refund was loaded onto a card you do not own, this will transfer you to the fraud department.
