Question

I just filed and the return has not been accepted. I just realized my son was deleted and I need to amend the filing. Can I do it now or do I need to wait?

If your e-file is still pending, you won't be able to make changes until the IRS either accepts or rejects it. Once that happens, you will be able to amend your return. For information on how to amend your filed return, please click the link below.
