I just finished filling out my taxes, and now Cash app sent me a 1040 form filled out. How do I add those funds to my taxes?

CashApp cannot "send you a 1040 form fille out" so did they send you a 1099-K ? If so why did you get this form? What did you do to earn this money ?

Can you clarify which form you received form cash app? Was it a 1099 for personal items sold?
