Solved

I just found my 2017 W2s after ALREADY submitting my 2018 W2, can I still file my 2017 taxes? and does it matter what order I file them in?

Yes, you can still file 2017 and should file them.

You actually have three years from due date to file and still get a refund.

You cannot however use the online and e-file the 2017, as you must use prior year software and the 2017 will have to be mailed in.

You can e-file the 2018 today and then do the 2017 return. The order does not matter.
