I just got another 1099 today after I filed my federal tax yesterday What should I do now?

Unfortunately because you have already filed, there is nothing you can do with that return.  It is in the hands of the IRS, is is no longer with Turbo Tax. But all is not lost, if your e-file gets rejected you can fix it before resubmitting it.  If accepted, it is best to wait until you have received your refund before making the change.  If you are not expecting a refund you can complete your amendment once the Amendment forms are available in February.  You can learn more about filing your amendment with the IRS by reading How To File An Amended Return With The IRS.  You can do this in Turbo Tax by selecting the year you would like to amend in the link below.  The amendment for 2016 will not be available until February 2017.
