I just realized I have an unfinished 1040 on cash app for 2021 and 2024. But I have completed my 1040s on here on turbo tax for 2021 and 2024. Should I amend for cash app

If you successfully filed your return via TurboTax (or any other service), you can safely delete any unfinished returns on other apps. You can also simply leave them unfinished, though for some that causes confusion later on.

However, it's not possible to electronically file a tax return twice - so you don't need to worry about an accidentaly second submission of the returns.
