I just received a letter from the IRS saying that my payment was rejected "unable to locate account". What do I do now?

I filed my Federal taxes with Intuit, and received an acceptance letter from Intuit.

Your tax return "file" was accepted, but apparently something was wrong with the tax payment itself..

So....You and pay the IRS by check using the information on the letter they sent to you.
