Question

I just recieved an unexpected 1099-k form from Ebay.com .Now I need to amend my Fed and State taxes that I just submitted yesterday 1-30-23 with turbo tax. How can i do t

You can do it very easily.  You have plenty of time because first you must wait until your original return is fully processed by the IRS.  

 

TurboTax will have the amended Form 1040-X available for you on February 23rd.  You can continue to check the link below to make sure.

As for the 1099-K, reporting that income will depend on what the money for for.  Here are some links to help you and be sure to add questions when you have them.
