I'll go to the end with a tax return, but the loading round and round won't end.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Yes, I did everything, and I think the reason is my wife's SSN.

My wife came from Japan recently, so I haven't got SSN yet. The tax return is also separate. My wife has already submitted it in Japan.

If there is no SSN, it was written as submitted as it is, but no matter how many times you submit it, it will not be finished. I don't know what to do.

Yes, you will not be able to efile if she does not have a SSN. You can put a fake SSN so you can get to the end and then you will need to print the return and cross through the SSN that shows and write applied for.
