I lost my green dot card and once i call them the machine wont me pass through becuase it ask for green dot card ,i find it impossible to work with turbo and green dot

i lost green card bank ,i called them couple of times the machine wont allow me to speak with live agent unless i give them green dot card number,well please turbo tax open my taxes of 2019 ,you can see my account number ,and ask green dot bank to replace the card

and green dot bank doesnt allow talking with live agent without card number its like completely not flixable style

To help you reach a Green Dot Representative, follow these steps:

1. Dial 888-285-4169 and when asked for SSN or Card number, DO NOT input anything. Wait to be prompted about the Turbo Visa Debit Card.
2. Choose option 1.
3. Then choose option 2, enter your SSN, zip code, and date of birth when prompted.
4. You'll hear messaging stating they are connecting you to a representative.
