Good morning. I am expecting $9457 and only received $393.53 after $90 in fees. This $9063.47 short. I called the IRS to find out of they reduced or offset, and the agent told me they agreed with my refund amount and sent the full amount of $9457 to Green Dot (RTN [removed]) account XXXXXXXXXXXXXX today. This is a tremendous discrepancy. What gives?
