I'm amending my 2023 tax return and inputting SCH C expenses but turbo tax won't allow me to add any expenses... any clue why?

To edit Schedule C expenses on a 2023 amended tax return, please follow the instructions below:

1. On the first amendment screen, Here's the info for your amended federal return, scroll down to your Self-employment income and expenses. Click Start.
2. On the Self-employed work summary screen, click on the pencil next to your line of work.
3. On the screen, Here's your info, click Add expenses for this work.
4. Put a check mark next to the expenses you want to add.
5. On the screen, Here's your info, click on the pencil next to the expense category you chose.
6. Enter your expenses. Click Continue.
