Once you've selected "Direct Deposit" as your refund method, you'll enter the routing number and your bank account number.  There isn't a field where you enter the name of your bank.  The routing number itself identifies the bank or financial institution.

So if you've entered a "name" of a bank, that's where you're making your mistake.  Go back through the FILE section of your interview and enter only the routing number and your bank account number.
