I'm doing taxes for my daughter that is deceased. What do I have to do to have the refund direct deposited into my account?

File IRS Form 1310 if you want to claim the tax refund for a decedent return (that is, a return filed on the behalf of a deceased taxpayer). Direct deposit to an account that is not in the deceased taxpayer's name can be rejected by the bank.
