I’m having trouble with the turbo card, I’ve called the card multiple times and I don’t get any assistance at all I’ve been on hold for hours

For any assistance with the Turbo Prepaid Visa, please click here to contact customer support. 

 

When you call, please select the option that your return was deposited onto a card you do not own. This will allow you to speak to the fraud dept, where there is a live representative.

I have done that but I can’t get through to a live representative, is there anything else I can do? I’ve been waiting on money that’s being held on their behalf. It’s been about a week and I haven’t received anything.

That normally works to get customers through. If you are calling right now they may be closed. With the current situation, many businesses are limiting their hours.
