Question

I’m helping my son with his college financial aid paperwork and it requires information only found on the tax return schedules. How can I get them?

If there were no Schedules 1 thru 6 included with the tax return in the PDF download then those schedules would not be used with the FAFSA application.

The number that we have seen reported for FAFSA is subtracting Line 46 from Line 13 on the Form 1040.  If there is not a Schedule 2, which has the Line 46, included with the return then there is no number to subtract.
