I'm only receiving 269 dollars on my tax return? Can you please elaborate.

i uploaded two separate w-2 forms and i am only receiving the refund from one of them.

not sure what's to elaborate.

You taxes are figured on ALL of income, ....until it's all put in, the numbers really don't mean a lot.

Withholding isn't always at the same %rate for every W-2...and even then, the extra income can push you into a higher tax bracket, AND, all your Std Deduction and Personal exemptions is applied to whichever W-2 is entered first...then nothing is left to reduce the taxable income on the second one...so all of it is taxed.

That's how it works, and has for many years.
