I'm trying to access my 2019 return, but the app says I don't have access to it and that I have to pay for a product. How can I get my 2019 return?

Start a 2021 tax return using the online editions using the exact same User ID you used for the prior year returns.  After completing the personal information section of the program you should be able to access the prior year return in the Tax Home section of the program.

Note - You do Not have to complete and file the 2021 tax return using TurboTax, only start a 2021 return

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
