I'm trying to find out about a 3911 form I submitted for my 2020 amended return

I received my check for 2020 after the IRS re-amended what turbo tax and myself amended. Well I lost the check. I faxed a 3911 form to Georgias location, well 30days later they closed down. I re submitted a mailed copy to Kansas mo address. Now I can't get an IRS representative on phone to find out what to do next. I submitted first one on 8/2/2022 and the one for Kansas 0n 9/28/2022. Help
