Question

I'm trying to see if my 2019 taxes are completed before I mail them and move forward with 2020

But I haven't got a chance to mail 2019 and I don't have a address to mail these papers

There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.
