I’m trying to understand why I haven’t received my second stimulus payment in my account. None of my information changed since receiving my tax return and first stimulus

I don’t understand the delay on my end. TurboTax is saying “individuals who set up accounts ‘thru’ them to receive their refund” were effected, but I have my own personal account where I received my refunds or stimulus payment, and it’s not closed nor showing a pending payment? So why didn’t I receive my second stimulus payment to my account when I received my first stimulus to the same OPEN ACCOUNT?

If you had your TurboTax preparation fees set up to be taken from your refund, that is what is affecting your stimulus payment as a temporary bank account (which is not administered by TurboTax) is used to complete that process.  This bank product caused a processing error with the IRS which is now resolved.  You should see the direct deposit very soon, depending on the processing time at your bank.  In addition, the IRS website may also take a few business days to update the status of your payment.
