You said "February 2023". Please confirm if you asking about a 2022 return that you filed a year ago.

Was it filed with Online TurboTax? What was the method chosen to get the refund--direct deposit, paper check, prepaid debit card? What type of address was used on the return--e.g., US address, foreign address, military address, etc.?

Yes it filled with Online Turbotax, I chose direct deposit and it was a foreign country address.

I'm assuming it's a 2022 return from last year that you are asking about. So you chose to deposit the Federal refund to a US bank account? IRS won't direct deposit to a foreign account.

Was your refund supposed to deposit directly to that US account, or did you have some TurboTax product fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund (which uses an intermediary bank first)?

When you log into Online TurboTax now, when you look in your documents, what is showing for the status of the 2022 return? Does it show it was successfully efiled and accepted?
