I mailed a prior year return (refund due) 10 weeks ago but there is no record of it in the IRS system. Should I send it again?

I had also mailed another year’s return about 8 weeks ago and already received the refund for that year. All other years including 2020 are processed.

The IRS refund site will not show anything about a past year return. It only shows information for 2020 refunds. The only way to know if your mailed return was received is if you used a mailing service with tracking. It is taking the IRS a much longer time than normal to process mailed returns, so all you can do is be patient and wait for it to be processed.
