I mailed in my 2019 tax return and it has not been processed (it shows received). To e-file my 2020 return it's asking for identity to be confirmed. How do I do this?

Without the 2019 return details in the database, it probably won't match right? I don't want to wait because of the 3rd stimulus.

Since the IRS has not processed your 2019 tax return there will not be a 2019 AGI for you in the IRS database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI so that you can e-file the 2020 tax return.
