Question

I mailed my federal tax refund I don't owe any state taxes and I'm not receiving a refund from state so I haven't mailed them , so do I need to mail my state too?

You have not mentioned your state, so we cannot say what the filing requirements are for your state.  Often if you have a federal filing requirement you are supposed to file a state return too.   Since it would only take a postage stamp, why not go ahead and just mail it?
