I mailed my tax return on Feb. 8, 2018 and the “where’s my refund” still doesn’t acknowledge they received it! How long does it take till they say they got it?

I would give it a little more time to track on "Where’s My Refund? (https://www.irs.gov/refunds) because according to the "Notification" at the the top of the IRS.gov link included below:
You can check the status 4 weeks after you've mailed a paper return.
