it says i need to pa for a copy of my 2015 taxes

You can get a free transcript which has most the important information needed from a tax return. You can do that by going here: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript.

If you need the entire return, you would need to pay either TurboTax or the IRS. The IRS charges $50.00 for a copy of the return. You can find out more information by going here: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-4506
