Please ensure that you are logging into the same Turbo Tax account that you used to file your 2019 tax returns (many users have multiple Turbo Tax accounts and this can cause issues). Once in the correct Turbo Tax account please follow these steps. I would also suggest clearing your cache and deleting cookies prior to attempting these steps.
