I need a copy of my tax return for my records and the download is not working.

We cannot issue it here, as we do not have access to your personal information. 

 

May I get some additional clarification on your issue - Are you getting an error message?  Is it just now downloading at all?  Is the file not opening?  You can respond to the thread here for further assistance.
