Question

I need assistance with an ammended return. I am on the 3 steps to file page, and it will not go past step 2, even after I confirm bank information for direct deposit.

Seems to be a Turbo Tax website issue?  Any suggestions?

First check with your bank for the correct external routing number as what is on your check may not be the correct number.  

 

Then if it is correct clear the fields,  close the program,  clear your cookies and browser history and/or switch browswers and try again.
