Question

I need to amend my 2018 taxes. Website says I haven't filed taxes with TurboTax. I've used TurboTax for years.

    Could it be that you have more than one account in TurboTax?  It is possible to have up to 5 accounts linked to the same email address.  The following FAQ can assist you with determining if you have another account that you may have used to file your taxes.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302270
