I need to cancel both my state and federal on here. My husband had already filed and I didn't know it.

You can just leave and abandon this account.

If your the return you filed was rejected there is nothing more for you to do. Once the IRS rejects a return you have to re-file it for it to be reviewed again. Since your husband already filed jointly there is nothing more for you to do.
