I need to change my direct deposit ( taxes filed still pending)?

I called the IRS directly to have them cancel the direct deposit and have a paper check mailed but the representatives are unable to due to the way Turbo Tax has filed . Please help me! I called Turbo Tax and no one seems to want to help me , just being told to call IRS when I already have . 

IRS mentioned that Turbo Tax actually has the funds sent to a bank called CIS Vista to which they are unable to stop payment . ( I’m assuming due to fees from the tax preparation service )

I know that turbo tax can cancel my direct deposit or give me better

options since my refund will be sent to them first!
