I need to file a amended tax return to claim the $10,200 credit on unemployment not sure how to do this, or were to even put it. Phil

There will not be a place to put that until the IRS is finished changing the tax forms and the software changes to accommodate the tax law that passed a couple of days ago. You will have to wait until the software is ready. Check back in a few days--there is no timeline for the changes yet.
