I need to file an amended return. Help instructions say "Under Need to file an Amended Return select Amend a filed Return" I can't find this option in Desktop 2023

TurboTax Help says I can file an amended return for my state (Wisconsin). I just eFiled my state return and then I discovered an error (an extra 0 when I entered medical expenses) and now I need to file an amended return. The instructions in the help are not helpful. I says, "Under Need to file an Amended Return select Amend a filed Return". I cannot find this option anywhere in my TurboTax Desktop Software

1. I posted this question. I needed to quit TurboTax and reload it in order to get the "File an Amended return" button.
2. I was still frustrated that it would let me file an amended Federal return but not the state return. BUT, it turned out that I just needed to wait for my original state return to be accepted. Once I got the notice, I restarted TurboTax and was able to successfully file the amended Wisconsin State Return.

If you want to make changes or add a document to a tax return that has already been submitted, you should follow these guidelines.

You must first wait until the initial return is completely processed.
You will have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return.
Once you begin your amendment, you'll see your original return. 
The refund calculator will start new at $0 and only reflect the changes in the refund or tax due
Only make changes to the areas of your return that need amending.
You have three years from the date you filed your return or two years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment
