I need to file my 1098-T form from 2021. I receive it after a month of me file my tax from last year. Is the there a way I can add the form to this year?

Yes, you can amend the 2021 Tax Year return and claim the expenses on the 1098-T if an education credit is available to you.

If the 1098-T does not generate a credit nor taxable income, there is no reason to file an amended return.
